Male Enhancements

When it comes to sexual performance, many men are worried about how well they perform and how well endowed they are. Many are so concerned about these issues that they go through depression, feelings of low self worth and even problems in their relationships. For the man who is concerned about these issues, there are male enhancements out there for purchase. However, before you go on the prowl for the latest male enhancement products, you need to understand what they are, what is available, how to spot a scam and the best available product.

What are Male Enhancements?

A male enhancement is a product that is designed to enhance the sexual performance of a man or even the size of the male sexual organs. So, any product that is advertised to improve and enhance your sex life by promoting better erections or increasing your size can be considered a male enhancement.

Different Types of Male Enhancement Products

There are a variety of different male enhancement products available out there today. One type of product that is available for male enhancement is drugs. There are a variety of so-called natural male enhancements and prescription drugs out there that are supposed to help you beat erectile dysfunction. Some “miracle” drugs supposedly increase your size as well. Penis pumps are also available that are supposed to increase size as well. There are even patches and surgeries available that are supposed to provide male enhancement.

How to Spot a Male Enhancement Scam

Unfortunately, while there are several great male enhancement products that do work, many of the products advertised today are actually scams. One huge clue that a product may be a scam is if they offer unrealistic before and after male enhancement photos. It is quite easy to fake these pictures in order to give the appearance of a huge change. However, more than likely it is a trick of photography, or maybe it’s not even a picture of the same person. Before you purchase your male enhancements, try to make sure that it is not a scam by searching for reviews online and checking if the ingredients in the penis pills are approved by the FDA. Even if the ingredients in penis pills are approved by the FDA, none of them have been approved by the FDA as a legitimate way to increase your penis size.

What is the Best Male Enhancement Product?

The best product available today in my opinion is a penis extender. You won’t need too much self-discipline to use it and it is definitely going to be cheaper than taking pills or having surgery. They are relatively safe if you do not overextend your maximum resistance levels. In fact, you can actually use this product while you are sleeping.

Furthermore, penis extenders have been medically proven to work. According to NetDoctor.co.uk:

Some urologists are beginning to use a special extending frame to try to stretch the penis.

These ‘stretchers’ are small rectangular frames that you wear on your penis for hours at a time, every day. They pull your organ out to its maximum length, and the idea is that it will gradually remain longer.

The devices are said to be undetectable under trousers.

There have been several reports from Italy and Spain by surgeons who claim a modest degree of improvement in length from this kind of traction.

We don’t think these devices are some sort of miracle discovery, but one surgeon reported that a group of men achieved an average increase in length of 1.8cm after using the device daily for four months. This is less than three-quarters of an inch, but for some men this would be significant.

Stretchers cost between £150 and £200.

Want more proof? The Association for Peyronie’s Disease Advocates has an article that states:

Another device manufactured by an American company offers the first medically acceptable process of mechanical traction therapy. Mechanical traction therapy for Peyronie’s Disease involves gently stretching penile tissues for an extended period each day for periods of up to six months. It appears that the traction has an effect on the scar tissue, causing internal remodeling and expansion, resulting straightening and lengthening of the penis. The device is a spring-loaded cradle that is small enough to be worn under clothing in an office environment. The current clinical experience and anecdotal data appears promising enough that it has justified a clinical trial, by Peyronie’s researcher Dr. Laurence Levine in Chicago. Results are expected in the second quarter of 2007.

I do not believe the clinical trial results from the penis enlargement sites that sell stuff and neither should you. They always seems to feature the same old Danish Dr. Jørn Ege Siana, who seems to be the first creator of penis extenders. Penis extenders do have a big flaw - The price! What looks like an item that costs $5 to create is actively being sold for over $200 at most retailers.

There are a couple of popular ones online like SizeGenetics, which has a lot of value-added bonuses like videos and after-sales support to the cheaper models like Jes-Extender, which is the pioneer penis extender (notice JES matches the initials of Jørn Ege Siana), with an affordable 3 month payment plan. If you are looking for a male enhancement product that really works, this could be the thing for you.
